If possible, we are happy to offer check-in before 3 P.M. Send us an email or call us and ask. <\/p>\n\n

When do I have to check out of the hotel?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Check-out by 12 noon on the day of departure.<\/p>\n\n

Can I check out after 12:00?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

We are happy to offer later check-out than 12:00 whenever possible.An additional fee may apply. Please contact the reception.<\/p>\n\n

How old do I have to be to stay with you?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

You must be at least 18 years old to book accommodation with us.<\/p>\n\n

Are pets allowed in your hotel?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

We allow dogs and cats in some rooms. Ask when booking. <\/p>\n\n

Is there a crib available at the hotel?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The hotel offers cribs at an additional cost. <\/p>\n\n

All our hotel rooms and public areas are non-smoking. <\/p>\n\n

When you book online, a booking confirmation is automatically sent to your chosen email.<\/p>\n\n

How do I change\/cancel\/check my booking?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Your booking confirmation will indicate the room type and period for which you have booked. If you wish to change your booking, please contact us by email or phone.<\/p>\n\n

Can I book through the website without giving out my credit card number?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

No, unfortunately not.<\/p>\n\n

When is breakfast served?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Under the heading “Restaurant” on our website you will find our current breakfast times.<\/p>\n\n

I have to leave before breakfast opens, is there any way to arrange this?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

We offer a breakfast bag for those who need to travel before the regular breakfast. Breakfast bags can be pre-booked at reception.<\/p>\n\n

Do you have breakfast for allergy sufferers?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Our breakfast buffet includes gluten, lactose and dairy-free options.If you have any other allergies, please let us know in advance.<\/p>\n\n
