Can I check in before 3 P.M?

If possible, we are happy to offer check-in before 3 P.M. Send us an email or call us and ask.

When do I have to check out of the hotel?

Check-out by 12 noon on the day of departure.

Can I check out after 12:00?

We are happy to offer later check-out than 12:00 whenever possible.
An additional fee may apply. Please contact the reception.

How old do I have to be to stay with you?

You must be at least 18 years old to book accommodation with us.

Are pets allowed in your hotel?

We allow dogs and cats in some rooms. Ask when booking.

Is there a crib available at the hotel?

The hotel offers cribs at an additional cost.

Can I smoke in the hotel?

All our hotel rooms and public areas are non-smoking.

How many people can live in one room?

Our online booking shows criteria for how many people each room type can sleep.

I need an adapted room due to allergies, can you help me?

No. Unfortunately, we do not currently have specific allergy-free rooms.

What are your parking options?

The hotel offers free parking.

I have not received a booking confirmation, what should I do?

When you book online, a booking confirmation is automatically sent to your chosen email.

Please contact us if you have not received your online booking confirmation.

How do I change/cancel/check my booking?

Your booking confirmation will indicate the room type and period for which you have booked. If you wish to change your booking, please contact us by email or phone.

Can I book through the website without giving out my credit card number?

No, unfortunately not.

When is breakfast served?

Under the heading “Restaurant” on our website you will find our current breakfast times.

I have to leave before breakfast opens, is there any way to arrange this?

We offer a breakfast bag for those who need to travel before the regular breakfast. Breakfast bags can be pre-booked at reception.

Do you have breakfast for allergy sufferers?

Our breakfast buffet includes gluten, lactose and dairy-free options.
If you have any other allergies, please let us know in advance.

I think I forgot something, where do I turn?

Contact us by email or phone and we will try to solve the problem.

Are there swimming facilities at the hotel?

The hotel offers an outdoor jacuzzi. Access to a relaxation area with sauna and shower is available.

Is there Wi-Fi in the hotel?

The hotel offers a wireless network. Code is given at the reception.
